Just 20 km from Trento, the Valley of Mòcheni is known to be a linguistic island of german origin, but remains in your heart for the stunning scenery of the alternate colors of nature. A charming environment to be known by following paths in the meadows and woods, around houses and between farms, to go on relaxing walks on foot leading to the mountain huts and mountain refugees, or venturing into more challenging routes, with an eye to high peaks of the lofty mountain range of Lagorai, recommended the walk that leads to Erdemolo lake. Not far from the lakes of Levico and Caldonazzo and spas of Levico. The Valley of Mòcheni also preserves folklore and culinary traditions, testimony of culture and customs of a population that has retained its identity not only with the rites of the parties but also with the love for the environment and the protection of cultural and historical heritage.
The Austrian writer Robert Musil called it "the enchanted valley", a valley that, now as then, will not disappoint your expectations.
